The Wish We Wish to Night is supplementary to the game Polaris: Chivalric Tragedy at Utmost North. It is intended to improve and expand upon your existing game. To this end, it contains some in- depth discussions of tricky rules, a few nods at strategy, and some expanded setting material including a new type of knight to play.
